I've been working to improve the processes and business practices that impact customers in a variety of companies for over a decade. Primarily using Lean methodology and Six Sigma analysis to achieve great results with the clients I've partnered with. My experience has been drawn from working with clients in Financial services, Software development and by helping small businesses operationalise their thinking. And through applying Lean and Sigma tools in a range of different cultures from the Middle East, North America, Europe and the UK. My process and business improvement education has been enriched by collaborating with top consulting firms like McKinsey & Co. and pwc, and smaller boutique firms such as oee and Unipart. I've learnt a lot from them, but even more from the talented people I've been coached and mentored by in my career so far.
