As a strategist for consumer operations, I'm responsible for a wide range of initiatives. My primary responsibility is listening to Google Docs users and determining priorities for product development on feature requests and issues. I work with user experience research, marketing, sales, and support teams to identify and prioritze these requests, and work with product and engineering teams to facilitate their resolution.
