My first startup was a safety and security location-based service for 3rd world countries, distributed directly through our website and through mobile devices via 3rd party NGOs. I'm very interested in startups that create public and private value. I'm leveraging this service as a way to learn more about the tech startup ecosystem in LA. With a wife, young child and a home in OC, I'd prefer to build my next company in Southern Cal vs. return to the Bay Area.
