My company manages a lot of Urban Talent located mostly in New Jersey. I have alot of experience in Administrative work. My communication and organizational skills are outstanding. I pride myself in being the self-motivated person to rely on for any issues. I am a young professional who is extremely passionate about the Business world as well as the music industry. As the manager of a Radio Show and some very talented artist my goal is to make all the necessary management decisions to place this radio show with a well established radio station and out of the college relm. As well as to get my artist signed to the label of their choice. Aside of music I also have my Real Estate license which I plan to gain the needed experience to be a successful Real Estate Agent.
