I have recently finished a historic, high-visibility, 6-year training and development project for Kaiser Permanente Northern California, in which I successfully designed and executed role-based deployment training for more than 75,000 clinicians and support staff as part of world's largest civilian electronic medical records project. My background includes more than 15 years of training leadership experience, including extensive work on strategy, talent selection, program design, succession planning, multilevel needs assessment, task analysis, web 2.0, curriculum design, and instructor-led delivery. I am also keenly interested in the latest findings in neuroscience, and the potential they hold for revolutionizing aspects of adult learning methodologies.
