Recently a summer investment banking analyst at Jefferies & Co., focusing on equity offerings, strategic advisory, and mergers and acquisitions in the clean technology sector. Completed prior internships at Caris & Company in their Technology Investment Banking team focusing on semiconductors/internet; the Bearfund, focusing on leveraged buyouts of $0.5 to $5.0 million EBITDA companies; and, at Intel Corporation in their Competitive Finance division. Will be an incoming full-time analyst within the Technology Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch in July.
