Nihal Parthasarathi is co-founder and CEO of CourseHorse. CourseHorse is an online marketplace that helps consumers discover, compare and enroll in trusted local classes. The company partners with established providers of personal and professional classes (ranging from Spanish to cooking to continuing education) and centralizes their offerings to make it easier for consumers to find classes and for educators to sell their seats. The company launched in April 2011, won NYU's New Venture Competition, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Business Insider and Mashable for its unique educational platform. Previously, Nihal spent two years as an education technology consultant for Capgemini, where he worked to implement a learning management system, redesign the consumer facing website and overhaul national marketing for a major provider of test preparation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from NYU Stern.
