Quinn views the world as limitless and full of opportunity. She has worked as a business and youth coach for the last three years, helping young people discover their career of choice and young entrepreneurs to generate ideas and grow their businesses. This experience has given her keen insight into young people and how best to support them into a productive role in society. Quinn is also a co-founder, trustee and acting director of operations at Akosia, a charity that facilitates creative projects for underprivileged children and women. One of Quinn’s dreams is the transformation of Education. She believes that we need to take all schools back to the concept of Kindergarten and allow it to be a playground for children to learn, fall and get back up again. We need experiential learning, where children learn from experience and gain self-knowledge. We need cross curriculum, project based learning with more flexibility and choice for students. We need a new system.
