Rashad is a retained executive search agent, taking a lead in recruiting executives for technology companies in networking, semiconductors, and online industries. Before working in search, Rashad was a founder of two technology companies, Power Learning and LearnSwift, which provide data analytics and assessment services in the K12 education space. In addition to working in the field of education technology, Rashad also volunteered as a regional Co-Chair with Schools That Can and as a mentor in the Compton Mentorship Project (Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.). In his free time Rashad enjoys travel, wine, boxing (watching), film, strategy games, and Latin dance.
