I currently work as a property manager for Shortland Management, a boutique property investment firm in Auckland CBD. In my role, I oversee the property management of a portfolio of commercial buildings in Auckland CBD where I am responsible for lease negotiations, tenant relations, marketing initiatives and tenancy fit-out projects.
