My experience is mostly related to work in management organizations or departments, cooperation with people at all levels of hierarchy, establishing and managing business processes, documenting policies, procedures and guidelines, and later supervision of their successful roll-out and following. Combination of IT background and managerial experience in several small to middle size companies makes me efficient in fast-changing environment of IT business. Among areas of my interest are human resource management, project management, business development, communication and negotiations, conflict management and resolution, training and development. I feel good if I can fully utilize my skills for needs of organization, bring value and make positive things happen.
