My passion for customer service comes not only having a constant career in customer service related fields over the past 23 years but also from being a consumer myself. My goal is to ensure your consumers are treated like kings and queens with every interaction they have with you and your staff. Married for 16 years with 2 children ages 9 and 5 and residing in North Smithfield for the past 8 years I am active in numerous fundraising efforts for children in life threatening situations throughout southern New England as well as in my local community by serving as the Vice President of Northmen Hoops recreational basketball in North Smithfield RI.
