We are developing a neat little device that automatically feeds your sourdough starter. Think of a miniature rube-goldberg-machine. Nothing too fancy, just provide flour and water at the right time. That should take the maintenance off the to-do list and provide a ready to use starter whenever one feels like baking – ideally making sourdough as available and comfortable as instant yeast.
