I counsel high-tech companies regarding licensing, intellectual property, and business development issues. Representative clients include hardware manufacturers, software developers, and internet startups. I act as an outsourced in-house counsel for the majority of these clients. I enjoy working closely with the executive team to help them make sound business decisions. My goal is to continue using the law to promote growth, to limit liability, and ultimately, to increase profits for shareholders. I work hard to ensure my advice facilitates business as opposed to stifling it.
