When I was younger, I was the student who took meticulous notes with various colored pens, and my friends could just Xerox my notes for the exam. That is where I built my organizing, documenting, and listening skills. Fast forward to now, I coordinate my team and assist them in completing the project on time while maintaining high quality for the customers.
