Toby has a background in entrepreneurship and consulting. In 2010, he founded FundBook, an online government relations company, whose product was in use by more than 30% of U.S. local governments, and 60% of congressional offices just one year after launching. Prior to this venture, Toby worked for Marlowe & Company, a leading lobbying firm in Washington D.C. where he represented local governments to the federal government. Toby received his BA in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, and is earning his MBA from Harvard Business School. Toby is interested in the technology, finance, and communications industries.
