I'm a business modelling guru of sorts. I get pretty jazzed about shaping them. My "art" is seeing the potential in people and businesses. I've built a reputation of being the guy to hone or revamp businesses into better performers. I quickly distill opportunities and set the ball in motion to make it happen. No real magic in it: question the apparent truth, attain insightful perspective and rally the troops (i.e. always surround yourself with great people who know more than you). After 22+ years in the hotel business I decided it was time to tackle the B2B (winery-to-trade) wine industry. It is due for a shake up. We can do much better as a trade.
