I have developed my professional career in the Human Resources Services sector in roles with a strong commercial component reaching at today the Regional manager position in Manpower Group. I have consolidated my skills in the start-up, implementation, and management of company structures abroad (China and France) and in Italy, opening branches, increasing market penetration, increasing the number of clients, and doubling the number of workers managed. To reach such results, I have managed Sales, Human Resources, and Organisation areas, have worked in highly competitive and diverse contexts, in terms of both organisation and culture, and relied on my strong determination and sound knowledge of the English language in reaching objectives.
