I have been in the technology industry since the mid 90's, achieving many high level technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, which I still maintain current. I have held a number of positions in the technical field at some large and wonderful companies. I have learned much about service and support, as well as the importance of standards and the role of technology in the success of an organization. In time, I decided that I would like to take my understanding, knowledge and training to service the small businesses in the same way that I did large organizations. For some time, small businesses were at a disadvantage with the cost of enterprise hardware and software many times being outside of their reach. But soon enough the technology industry began to offer products that would help small businesses compete more efficiently, at prices they could afford. My business gives them the support they need to run that technology, and not have it run them.
