Nicole has experience in entity formation and choice of entity; drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements; corporate governance, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions; and conducting regulatory compliance and filings. Nicole has also participated in complex litigation in the areas of products liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. She is fluent in Spanish and understands the cultural and business customs necessary for delivering projects in Argentina and surrounding areas. Nicole is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. In addition, Nicole has over 5 years of experience as an owner and manager of several profitable businesses.
