I'm passionate about getting the right tools in the right hands to create success. Whether it is for a team I'm managing or for clientele I'm working with. Too often I've seen people or companies flailing because they don't have access to the right tools to do their job. Outside of work I can be found with my family on the water in the summer, on the snow in the winter and on a golf course any time.
