My professional focus is on business planning and marketing of online services, interactive service design, online communication, CRM strategies and marketing innovation in a broader sense. I have worked as both a marketing strategist and a project manager for firms such as Capgemini, Eunosia Internet Architects, Ericsson, Enterprise Digital Architects, Generali Financial Group. During my career I have switched from consultancy to industry and vice versa, managing strategy, creative and technical teams in the Web/Media, Telco, Entertainment, Finance and Public Administration industries. I have a sound knowledge of e-Commerce, e-Marketing, Web and mobile advertising, community design and management and e-Payments. At the moment I am actively working on projects related to new e-Business portals and social media / social CRM strategies.
